Hi! My name is Jen and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use and other mood disorders. I am certified in perinatal mental health and have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, and community mental health.

I use a holistic and client centered approach. I believe that there is no one size fits all to therapy and I use a collaborative approach with my clients to determine what interventions may be the best fit. Therapy shouldn't be intimidating and I take pride in creating an open and relaxed space for my clients.
