Life can be good, filled with highs and lows. However, when those lows hit, having therapeutic techniques at your disposal can help manage the most seemingly unmanageable difficulties. During my doctoral Internship in pediatric and adult behavioral health at Irby Psychological Services, LLC, in Southaven, MS, I specialized in comprehensive psychological testing of neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities, as well as related comorbidities, in addition to behavior-based individual and family therapy.
I am a pre-licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology, specializing in pediatric behavioral health. I have training in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, and I bring a culturally responsive, intersectional perspective to supporting clients’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
My populations of interest include children, adolescents, their families, young adults, and adults. I have led efforts to treat a variety of clients and their families coping with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life adjustments, relationship and family conflict, life stressors, and those grappling with suicidal ideation.
