I provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences and step more fully into your authentic self. Together we will approach patterns with curiosity, practice tools in sessions, and learn ways to carry them into everyday life. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and draws on mindfulness, ACT, and somatic techniques.
I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and attachment-based trauma. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, offering a safe and affirming therapeutic space.
