I have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and specialize in working with couples to rebuild the bridges of communication. I am able to work with infidelity and trauma that may have occurred in relationships. When working with individuals I can help you discover the tools you need to work through life's challenges. I believe there is a way to heal trauma, both past and present, through building a strong trusting therapeutic relationship.
I work with Neurobiology, Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, Gottman Method and a deep empathetic understanding of the human condition. I am also certified in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) which is a lens that allows for empathy and connection to create change in negative communication patterns. NVC is an effective tool in building relationships.
I have taught parenting and birthing classes for many years giving me a unique perspective of life (and relationship) changes. I have a special affinity for artists and their creative right brain usage.
