Rather than focusing on labels, we explore the patterns, relationships, and past experiences that may be shaping how you feel today. Through this work, many clients begin to develop greater clarity, and emotional balance.

I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma, particularly those who appear capable and successful while quietly struggling internally. Through thoughtful interactions we can increase understanding and self awareness to create lasting emotional change.

I also provide an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, or the process of living more authentically. The Teen Group is a dynamic and safe space where teens can connect with peers to address issues with self esteem, anxiety and depression. We will use art and other creative expressions. The group is open to all gender expressions. The group will meet for 90 minutes per week for 6 weeks. The fee is $300 and is due at the first meeting. Insurance is not accepted for groups. Consultation required prior to start date. Group Dates: Spring - March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and April 6th Summer - May 18th, June 1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th, and July 6th

Boundary Setting and Self Esteem

CBT/DBT modalities will be used to explore how self esteem issues and socialization hinder our ability to set appropriate boundaries. We will work together to challenge narratives that get us stuck in unhealthy dynamics and explore appropriate/healthy boundaries. The group will meet for 90 minutes per week for 6 weeks.
