I strive to provide a safe and therapeutic space for clients who have a history of trauma or who may be facing difficulties in their life. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)* as a treatment modality along with Relational Cultural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist people in meeting their goals and overcome unique challenges. *EMDR is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
