Thanks for checking out my profile. I work with individuals, including other therapists who are healing from complex trauma and its impact on emotional well-being. The majority of my clients are trying to navigate life's challenges (work, relationships, school, etc.) but are feeling held back by their past. I utilize a variety of modalities, depending on what would be most helpful and effective for the client. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and CBT and often see clients who are learning to cope with complex trauma as well as everyday stressors.
