I have experience helping my clients through a variety of issues including trauma, interpersonal relationships, mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, women's issues and more. I specialize in treating clients who would like to learn to manage chaotic emotions and their relationships. I am trauma-informed and I utilize a variety of techniques, including EMDR & DBT to help you learn to cope with complex trauma as well as everyday stressors as well as issues within your relationships.
