I hope to bring a warm and safe space so together, we can gain a better understanding on how to manage and resolve the issues that brought you in for treatment. w

We all want to feel strong, in control and alive, but the world we live in is complicated. We are left to feel stuck ("depressed"), uncertain, and stressed. I specialize in working with young adults ages 18-35 and couples with anxiety, depression and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

It's often hard to know what direction to take and what solutions will work. I understand that the last thing you want to be treated as is a "patient" or a problem that needs a mental fix. My approach is to provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment to understand what is happening and lead a more fulfilling life in terms of purpose, love, relationship.
