I understand that during our life journey, we can experience mental, emotional, and relational distress. Sometimes we know what is causing it but don’t necessarily know what to do about it. At other times we don’t actually know what is causing the discomfort or pain and where it’s coming from, but we know we feel it. This is where therapy can be very helpful. I find it a privilege to walk alongside each of my clients as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and the impact it's had on them and continues to.
I work with adult individuals who struggle with a myriad of challenges but primarily focus on self esteem/identity, anxiety, depression, relational challenges and intergenerational trauma.
