My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to help others feel valued and understood. With experience across diverse settings—from inpatient care to private practice—I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children of all ages.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I draw from a range of evidence-based modality to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My work focuses on creating secure connections to support emotional safety and growth. I also incorporate psycho-education, mindfulness, and a warm, nonjudgmental presence to help you build insight and resilience.
Canopy Therapy is rooted in community. My mission is to bridge mental health care with holistic well-being, providing clients with therapeutic support and other resources that promote overall health and vitality.
