I was trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This translates into goal-oriented therapy sessions in as few sessions as necessary to accomplish identified goals. I believe that clients seek mental health therapy to improve their daily living and it is my job to provide a safe space along with relevant psychotherapeutic interventions that enlighten a path to better living.
My approach is to first identify how I may be able to help the given situation and facts. Secondly, I will commit my expertise, experience, resources, and knowledge to identify solutions that are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound). Lastly, I am available to help all clients find better reactions to life on life's terms.
