Voices In Recovery
We start from a place of acknowledging three freedoms: Freedom to interpret experiences in any way, not just an illness framework. Freedom to challenge social norms-- including gender norms or other ideas about how we are “supposed to be” in the world. Freedom to talk about anything-- not just voices and visions. Groups are not “treatment” or “psychoeducation”. The primary focus is on making connections and sharing experiences. Everyone present is responsible for creating an environment that centers respect, support and empathy. There is acceptance that voices and visions, tactile sensations and other unusual or misunderstood experiences are real experiences.

Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is a cognitive-behavioral treatment approach designed to enhance moral reasoning, improve decision-making, and promote prosocial behavior. It is commonly used for individuals involved in the criminal justice system, particularly those struggling with substance use disorders, criminal thinking patterns, and behavioral issues.
