About
My main specialty is the LGBTQ+ community, which I am part of. I also work with depression, anxiety, trauma, and adults with ADHD or Autism. I have particular experience with non-binary and transgender individuals, childhood trauma, and addiction. The main thing I want to stress is that whoever you are, whatever you're dealing with, my goal and my passion is to help people find their inner strength and to know themselves. I want to help you trust yourself, rely on yourself, and to help you learn how to not just overcome your challenges but go beyond that and become the best version of yourself you can be because you deserve that.
I utilize a person-centered perspective, my primary focus is on you and everything that may entail. I try to be collaborative and to keep things casual and relaxed so we can speak frankly and openly. I operate under the assumption that you already have the tools you need to thrive, I need only to help you discover them.
Reaching out is hard, as someone who also has had mental health challenges myself I know this firsthand. Contact me and we'll work together to overcome your obstacles and perhaps even go beyond that and connect with your true self. I would be honored to walk with you on your path and see what I can help you discover. Email me or give me a call!
