In my 10+ years of experience, I have worked with couples, women and young adults that have been confronted with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, boundary-setting, relationship issues and/or life transitions. My role as a therapist is to create an environment that is safe and feels comfortable enough for clients to process their emotions and talk about difficult experiences.
My approach is client centered. For those who identify as Christian and wish to include their faith into therapy, I can integrate biblical perspectives into our sessions. I talk and listen and use solution-focused techniques that help my clients create boundaries, challenge negative self-talk and embrace new, healthy, approaches for long-term well-being.
