There is no "one size fits all" method to therapy. I assist clients in identifying their strengths and weaknesses. There is no judgement, only acceptance. My clients will experience, kindness, empathy, and complete acceptance. I work with people of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. My practice treats issues of anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship and marital issues. I specialize in addictions, specifically substance use disorders and other addictive/ compulsive behaviors. I specialize in treating adults, couples and teens with drug addiction disorders, medical compliance issues, relationship concerns, career difficulties, and drug/alcohol related issues involving the criminal court-system. My primary therapeutic approach is Solution- Focused, Person-Centered, while utilizing varying therapeutic approaches.
