I work with couples, teens and individuals. I specialize in working with couples that feel disconnected, misunderstood and overwhelmed by recurring conflict. Together we work to understand conflict patterns, uncover underlying emotional needs, healing emotional wounds that hinder connection and giving new ways of communicating. I strive to allow couples to work towards finding meaningful connection.
