I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am a licensed mental health professional in multiple states. I have progressively earned higher leadership responsibilities throughout my career, including providing both clinical and executive leadership. Additionally, I have been providing telehealth services and striving to improve access to quality behavioral health services across the country since 2015. I have been fortunate to gain experience in diverse areas and feel I am equipped to help people with a variety of issues.
I am passionate about helping individuals of all backgrounds with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, and trauma. I primarily utilize interpersonal therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and trauma-informed approaches in my practice.
Throughout much of my career, I was able to find a significant amount of experience managing crises, working with severe mental illness and addiction, and providing leadership to other clinicians.
