About
I worked in Silicon Valley for almost 20 years before retiring as a senior leader at Google in People Operations. Concurrently, I trained as a therapist, so I have an intimate understanding of working in industry, managing work/life balance, negotiating work and personal relationships and navigating life transitions. I have been seeing clients for 17 years - the last 11 as a licensed clinician. My clients in various industries seem to appreciate that I understand their world deeply.
I know first-hand the value of having a strong, smart and compassionate therapist on my side. Whether or not you've tried therapy before, deciding to get experienced support is the first step to a better life. You'll gain personal insight, a stronger confidence in your choices and greater resiliency in dealing with life and relationship challenges.
You can schedule a free phone consultation immediately on my home page. I am committed to making therapy more affordable for my clients when possible, particularly if you are on a PPO plan.
