Many come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns or disconnected from others. They’re often seeking relief from anxiety, shame, or self-criticism — and they long for a greater sense of aliveness, connection, and ease in being themselves.

I help clients explore the unconscious patterns that shape their relationships and emotional world. My approach is psychodynamic and relational, grounded in modern analytic therapy. I also integrate EMDR and mindfulness-based methods to support trauma healing, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.

These groups offer a confidential, experiential space to explore your emotional life as it unfolds in real time — within the group and in your work with clients. Members deepen awareness of transference and countertransference, experiment with emotional communication, and develop greater freedom and authenticity in relationship. The group provides both professional development and personal growth, helping therapists strengthen their capacity for emotional presence, connection, and resilience.
