My Interventions are evidenced based and time tested in years of practice. I work with anxiety and depression and with children and adolescents with sub-specialties in couples and family therapy, sport psychology, chronic pain management, and addictions. In addition, I have a long history of treating children and adolescents. Simply talking can be enormously therapeutic, but in addition you will learn techniques including mindfulness, values clarification, acceptance and conflict resolution for families
