Hello, my name is Jim MacKenzie and I just have to say that life can sure throw us some curveballs. I've seen my share I can assure you (I left full time church ministry and sold cars for a few years; Yah, sometimes curve balls!). Sometimes life's troubles can be hard to navigate. I would be honored and consider it a privilege if you would allow me to come alongside and help.
I have a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been counseling for 35 years. My main career choice was working in full time ministry for over 20 years in various capacities (Youth, Family, Preaching). I have also worked in outpatient addiction treatment. Presently, I am full time staff therapist wit Samaritan Counseling Center of Michigan.
