I believe most problems stem from suppressed emotions, interpersonal difficulties, environmental stressors, or distorted beliefs and assumptions. Together, we will work to select the most effective course to achieve changes you want and need.
I'm a generalist and enjoy working with many presenting problems. I've been told that my calm and accepting style is particularly helpful with anxious, depressed, and grieving clients. Additionally, I am fluent in American Sign Language and have experience with many communication disorders, including hearing loss, stuttering, and dysphonia.
