I have 23 years of experience in working with Gay and Lesbian issues, people with HIV/AIDS, Grief/Loss, Substance Abuse, Mental Health issues, Depression, Anxiety, Individual and Couples therapy. I work in conjunction with you , to be forthcoming, find your strengths and maximize the benefits of therapy.
I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques including cognitive therapies, solution focused/problem solving, motivational interviewing, family systems, and insight oriented psychotherapy. I am a clinical hypnotherapist,a technique to assist in smoking cessation, weight reduction, stress reduction and history of trauma/abuse. I treat individuals, couples and families.
