If you struggle with anger management, communication difficulties, depression or anxiety, or even substance abuse: you are not alone as these are things we all face to some degree at some time or another. Unaddressed childhood trauma can cause lifelong problems in attaching and forming long-term relationships and you can learn to deal effectively with those things that are hindering you in moving forward in your life and accomplishing your goals.
I use a variety of counseling techniques to help clients find what works for them. I have been counseling in the Columbiana County area for about thirty years. I have done anger management and domestic violence and group and individual counseling for many years. I can help clients work through trauma and addiction issues.
I am interested in starting where you are and helping you to reach the goals that you want to reach. If you are reading this, you most likely want to change something about yourself; but not everything and I respect that. I am an active listener and perhaps I can join with you in resolving the things that are bothering you the most at this time in your life.
