I earned an advanced degree (DMin.) in facilitating personal growth. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I was trained in Solution-Focused therapy by the originators of this modality, Insoo Kim Berg and Steve De Shazer. I received training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from Jon Kabat-Zinn. I offer a depth of practical experience.
