About
Healing is not linear, there are no set rules, but the journey is worth it. Practicing patience and compassion for oneself is one of the greatest acts of self-care. I value and celebrate each and every person’s individuality and cultivate a safe, non-judgmental and open environment for my clients to show up just as they are, and allow them the space and time to feel safe, heard and able to continue their journey of healing.
I prioritize providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to dive into their journey through sharing, creativity, breath and so much more. I often utilize expressive arts and mindfulness techniques as tools for healing while serving as a companion for clients to explore ways to express themselves and their passions.
Therapy can be uncomfortable, confusing, difficult and yet, so beautiful. The therapeutic setting is an opportunity to be yourself, not be judged and feel seen, heard and empowered. Just talking about yourself, and learning new ways to express oneself, can be uplifting and allow for insight into one’s own life.
