Psychotherapy can bring a combination of uneasiness and hope. Seeking therapy is a courageous step. The goal is to find a “fit” with a therapist in which they will be able to help you with the questions and dilemmas that you are facing. We have the same goal: to get you to the point where you can "fire" me as quickly as possible. I love working with people who are willing to allow another person join them for a season on their journey through a life of healing and becoming the person they were meant to be.
My area of expertise is in working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, sexual addictions, couples suffering from infidelity, LGTQI issues, parenting, adolescent issues, childhood abuse and trauma, among other emotional, sexual, and spiritual problems people face.
The journey through life can become a painful and lonely journey sometimes and it is good to have someone join you on the journey, so you do not face it alone.
