I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works primarily with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, adjustment, emotional regulation, ASD, ADHD, processing and learning differences. I am currently taking new clients for individual or family therapy. Additional services (in-person) can be found on my website such as advocacy, consulting, school meetings and coaching. These services are self-pay but insurance can often be used for standard outpatient. I offer a free phone consultation for options and what best meets needs.
I have found that a typical outpatient therapy approach is not always enough to meet the goals and needs of all clients. This is why I have adapted a form of private practice that takes the best pieces of traditional therapy and adapts it for real life results. I would recommend a free phone consultation to fully understand my approach and background.
I draw from many disciplines to reinforce real life skills building. I coach, mentor, support, utilize empathy and humor with not just my clients but their whole family. I also draw from many years of private practice therapy, school based, advocacy and consulting; to help parents manage the many educational and helping systems that support their child.
