Life sometimes gets lifey and we feel alone in the struggle. Often we lack the vocabulary necessary to identify what is wrong because we feel overwhelmed by stress and struggle, or perhaps we feel invisible and unheard or silenced. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you face these types of difficulties, to help provide clarity in the confusion, comfort in the trouble.
I am happy to work with all ages and needs. My training has been in play therapy, anxiety, and trauma and attachment related issues. My main goal is to help my clients to feel safe and comfortable so that trust is built and from that foundation, work can be done.
I am no stranger to the struggles in life. I am a veteran of the Air Force and a parent. It is not weak to admit to needing help because sometimes challenges and struggles are heavier than we are ready for. I am here to help!
