About
**Not currently accepting new clients** Sometimes it can be difficult for people to know how to best express themselves, cope with daily life or deal with issues such as anxiety, depression or decision-making. Therapy is a positive way for a person to learn how to use strengths more effectively and tolerate and become less limited by weaknesses. Issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, job concerns, relationships and navigating life transitions can make us feel like we aren't as capable as those we see around us.
Are you having difficulty finding or maintaining balance in your life? My goal is to help my clients understand the human mind and to balance their lives using therapeutic techniques that are down to earth and personalized. I approach clients genuinely and honestly as we work together to meet goals.
Client-centered therapy, my preferred method of therapy, is tailored so the approach fits the client to increase effectiveness in therapy. Please call for a consultation to see if I can help you achieve a more fulfilling life.
