Therapy with me goes beyond talking about the problem and into what's happening in real time. We slow things down enough to catch the moment an urge to react, withdraw, or fix begins. Together, we gently turn toward what's happening inside you, so somesthing different can begin.
I work with indiviuduals, couples, and adult family pairs. Together we grow a very real, but unique relationship, that fosters a new capacity for connecting with self and others. Feelings loosen and become a source of strength rather than a hindrance. Not instantly or perfectly, but enough to feel movement, connection, and hope.
