I have been working in the mental health field for almost 25 years at various levels and more recently in private practice for 2+ years. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma/abuse, drugs/alcohol, coping with grief/loss, low motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have worked in various settings including but not limited to the emergency room, state agencies, behavioral hospitals, drugs/alcohol settings and homeless shelters.
