It does not matter whether you are 18 or 74 years old, sometimes you feel you do not get noticed. Sensitivity or "being too much" does not have to hold you back anymore. In fact, those things that you hate about yourself right now can turn into your gifts. Shy, sensitive souls need not be on the sidelines anymore. You can show up as yourself, and feel empowered. You can give main character energy in your life. Therapy helps you show up differently.
