Parenting is a difficult job. Maybe at this point you are concerned about your child or adolescent. Your child might not be making friends, or may be bullied. Or your child may be opposing rules in the home. Maybe you feel like you cannot communicate well with your child. If you see these warning signs and you feel stuck, maybe, it is time for extra support. I work with children and their parents to help bridge this gap and create change. Or maybe you are an adult who is struggling with relationship difficulties, anxieties or feelings of sadness. If you are ready to make a step in figuring out your path, then I can help.
I enjoy working with children and young people and I integrate creative approaches to wellness. I consider the impact of various environments (e.g. home, school) and cultural practices when working with this population. When working with adults, my focus is on connecting thoughts, emotions and behavior in analyzing the relationship with self and others.
If you require a safe space to figure things out, give me a call. I provide a therapeutic environment and use techniques for you to grow and achieve your goals. We can work together to get you back on track.
