Therapy can appear as an intimidating or daunting process. Jillian understands this and does her best to make each session a learning experience that is free from judgement and uses a bit of humor. Clients can expect a holistic and strength-based approach to support their needs. Insight exploration, cognitive/behavioral techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and behavior modification are frequently utilized. I strive to create a space that allows for exploration, awareness, and growth about ourselves and our lives.
In-person and telehealth sessions are offered. I am gladly told that the warmth and accepting environment are still noticed, regardless of telehealth visits. My ultimate therapeutic goal for folks is to acquire long-term skills that easily translate into the every day to better evolve and adapt through life.
