I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience supporting children (ages 3+), adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, inpatient, residential, and community settings. I specialize in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental disabilities, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and neurodivergence.
I use a strength-based, supportive, and engaging approach to help clients build confidence, emotional regulation skills, resilience, and stronger family connections. I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and families in ways that feel compassionate.
I provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, autism-informed care, and play therapy techniques. I often incorporate creative and interactive methods such as games, social stories and recreational interventions to help clients process emotions and develop healthy coping skills.
