It is my privilege to provide a safe and supportive environment for each client that I work with. Using a down to earth and holistic approach to healing, I've been providing counseling services for over 12 years. I specialize in working with survivors of complex traumas such as sexual abuse, human trafficking and domestic violence, or one-time incidents such as a car accident or sudden loss. I am certified in EMDR, and I incorporate Internal Family Systems and other modalities. I'm happy to announce that I am now offering neurofeedback sessions as well, using the Neuroptimal system, in combination with EMDR or as a separate service.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a scientifically validated approach originally developed for the treatment of trauma. It can have excellent results for many people suffering from PTSD and other trauma-related difficulties, as well as anxiety, compulsions, addiction problems, and depression.
I am invested in your healing and growth, and in improving the quality of life of the clients I work with. No matter what issues you may be experiencing, it's not too late to reach out for help!
