Seeking therapy is an incredibly courageous act, and a step not all are willing to take. I try to ease some of stress by using an authentic style that is down-to-earth and direct, but with enough warmth and humor to help everything not feel so heavy. I help people coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD (single event trauma, complex trauma, generational trauma), attachment/childhood wounds, perinatal/postpartum mental health, and/or motherhood. If you are feeling overwhelmed and not yourself, we can work to address the stressors and patterns that may keep you from living your best life.
In addition to a safe, nonjudgmental space, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address lingering and distressing symptoms. I encourage you to be an active participant in therapy, and am committed to helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
