I am warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, creative and funny (at least I think so). I have been helping people for nearly two decades and I have extensive training in several evidence-based practices including EMDR, EFT Tapping, TF-CBT and DBT. I will help you understand yourself differently, develop new skills, HEAL, and create a more fulfilling future.
