I am a passionate clinician who focuses on creating a supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges, build resilience, and create a path toward a more fulfilling life. I view myself as a strong advocate and enjoy helping clients grow, learn, and feel empowered. I consider myself an active therapist in session and my style incorporates a variety of evidence based approaches including, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
With experience across the lifespan, from children to older adults, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, and family I support. I have experience working with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, loss/grief, life transitions, and depression. I have worked in a variety of settings, but feel most inspired in the therapeutic setting.
