I'm passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your story. I practice EMDR along with Narrative therapy and take a compassionate, collaborative approach to help you process challenges, connect with your strengths, and find meaningful growth. I believe that every individual has the innate capacity to overcome their past and create a life and relationships they truly prefer. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for your unique story.
I integrate Narrative Therapy to help challenge old stories and create space for new possibilities. I also utilize EMDR to process past traumatic experiences and the distress they've left behind. Together, we'll work to honor your strengths, foster self-compassion, and support your journey toward the life you want.
I work primarily with individuals navigating trauma, Complex PTSD, and addiction, as well as the challenges that often accompany these experiences. I also work with people who identify as queer and those that practice ENM. My clients are often seeking a comfortable space to process painful experiences and reconnect with themselves.
