Hi, I’m Jillian, a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel accessible, genuine, and meaningful. While the work isn’t always easy, you won’t have to do it alone—I’ll show up with you through the laughs, the tears, and everything in between. I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in 2014 and am licensed in MN, MT, MA, and WI, offering telehealth in those states. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive, narrative, and somatic therapies to meet your unique needs.
