I blend creative, evidence-based approaches like play, sand tray, CBT, DBT, and art therapy to support each client. With 23+ years working with children and families, and several years of group work, and intensive outpatient care, I create a nurturing space where clients and families feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow with confidence.
