Have you ever felt like an outsider? Perhaps you've felt like you don't fit in or like you are othered for simply being yourself. If yes, maybe I could help. I specialize in Autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as LGBTQIA+ and SW communities. If you resonate with anything I've mentioned thus far, you might be familiar with feeling misunderstood or even lonely. In a world where you may feel like you can't be yourself, I strive to ensure that my therapy room is a safe space for all. I will always provide neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care to my clients.
I am a firm-believer that therapy should be tailored to the client. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. Therapeutic techniques I find myself using most in session are CBT, DBT, solutions-focused therapy, somatic therapy, and client-centered therapy. I am working towards getting trained in EMDR as well.
