Real life can be beautiful and complicated at times. Sometimes our inner voice shines brightly and guides us towards a peaceful path and other times it may feel as if we have no inner guide at all. This can very much be the case when we enter motherhood. The transition and change associated with this new role can feel very heavy and overwhelming. I am passionate about helping to support all women across the continuum of their lives, especially those newly entering motherhood. I have a focus on maternal mental health including postpartum depression and anxiety, traumatic birth, loss, and acclimation to new parenthood.
I am here to support and empower you. To listen deeply and empathetically so you are able to find that inner path to healing and growth. I utilize a person centered approach to build therapeutic rapport along with CBT and mindfulness based techniques to both challenge negative thought patterns and reframe them to positive ones.
