But underneath that, something isn’t working your relationships feel strained, you’re more shut down than you want to be, or anger and distance are costing you more than you’d like to admit.
I specialize in helping high-performing men step out of the patterns that keep them disconnected from their partners, families, and themselves, while navigating anxiety, stress, sex/intimacy concerns, and the pressure to keep it together while still showing up fully in their lives. Therapy with me is not passive.
I work directly/collaboratively to help you identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck. I’ll help you see what you may not want to look at and I’ll also help you build the tools to do something about it. We’ll look closely at the strategies you’ve relied on - control, withdrawal, defensiveness and how they may be undermining the life you actually want.
