Have you experienced a traumatic event? Are you not sure what to do next? The ability to feel confident in yourself and abilities as well as gaining clarity about what your needs are can be a very challenging process. I am here to guide you back to yourself and assist you in learning skills to help deal with your current symptoms. I have experience working with children and adults providing therapy to individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, cultural issues and well as examining the impact of trauma on relationships. For your convenience immediate therapy appointments are now available.
My approach is direct and warm. In our work together, we will not just talk about stress we will focus on identifying the patterns driving it. I will assist you in building practical tools to gain insight, reduce overwhelm and quiet self criticism so you leave sessions with clarity and momentum.
Our practice in-network with Cigna (all plans) and Healthfirst ALL plans. Private pay sessions are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or who have out-of-network benefits. Superbills are provided for reimbursement depending on coverage.
