I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles of emotional reactivity, conflict, or relationship stress often alongside anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, or long-standing personality patterns. Many of my clients have spent years feeling misunderstood or frustrated with themselves, especially when emotions feel intense or hard to manage.
Together, we work on understanding these patterns and then building emotional regulation, communication skills, and boundaries that actually work. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, practical, and collaborative to create change that feels realistic and sustainable.
My integrative approach draws primarily from attachment-based, trauma-focused, and behavioral/skills-based therapy, incorporating DBT, IFS/parts work, somatic and experiential techniques. I also work with neurodivergent clients, including ADHD and autism, adapting interventions to support executive functioning, regulation, relationships, and daily life.
