Hey, I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel weird or scary, totally normal; it just means you’re human. My goal is to create a warm and affirming space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of things, and learn to show yourself kindness along the way. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I also offer support for individuals processing and healing from religious trauma.
My therapy style is warm and collaborative, while gently challenging you to notice patterns, consider new perspectives, and lean into growth. I integrate mindfulness, values-based reflection/identification, and trauma-informed practice to help you connect with yourself and the things that truly matter to you.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, music, shopping/thrifting, gaming, watching TV shows and movies, and spending time with my cats, Honey and Maple!
