I specialize working with teens and young adults to realize their personal goals, execute to their fullest potential, engage in healthy family/friend relationships and build resilience for a life worth living. I provide creative and innovative perspectives, with a compassionate approach, to tackle challenges of daily life to overcoming serious events and trauma. Working with me we will build a trusting relationship over time and address your wellness as a whole person incorporating mindfulness skills, coping strategies, real practice and solutions for managing emotions in a provoking world.

We will work together to build understanding and coping around your challenges and build a balance of health and self-care using evidence-based practices such as: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and creative expression techniques.
